The level of privacy and confidentiality that clients who contract for offered services experience is governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) associated with the contracted service. Any topic not covered in the associated SLA is governed by the Website Privacy terms below.

PDS operates the web site http://www.pdsconsulting.com, and other associated web sites, to provide services such as comprehensive IT support for computers, servers, software, and other hardware.
